Undertaking consultation on multifarious projects related to promotion & planning for restaurants, Hotels & Caterers. Komal Taneja has been as a "Celebrity Judge" for various Cookery Shows& Competitions like the LG Cookery Queen Contest & the Carlsberg Father- Son Cookery Contest. She has also been on Fm Radio Meow for judging Cookery Queen Contest, sharing her Recipes & Conducting Cookery Quiz a number of times.
She is also acting as a consultant for some food joints in planning the menu, training the staff and other details. Her latest project is a Take-Away Mexican food Joint- TROPOZ at Batra Glitz Mall where the whole concept of Menu planning and Training for the staff has been done by her.
She had also done the Planning & Catering of Desserts for the Restaurant- "Seville's" which were a hot favourite among the clients especially The Mud Pie, Death By Chocolate, Orange Cake, Strawberry Cheese Cake & the Walnut Pie were blissfully sinful.
